Hello, I just bumped into armada2.filefront.com by accident. I dusted of my old A2 CD and proceeded to add ships like a vulcan going through "pon far". There are so many people that have done fantastic jobs on their mod ships, especially one's that added the step-by-step instructions. However, I'm just blindly going through the instructions without really knowing what I'm doing. Is there a beginner's guide out there? Wanted Ships Excelsior-Class (don't know how to make buttons or wireframe) Excelsior-Class Refit (don't know how to make buttons or wireframe) Abbe-Class Destroyer (check out http://www.federationmodels.com/ > VA Models) Federation-Class Dreadnaught (check out http://www.federationmodels.com/ > VA Models) K'Tinga-Class Cruiser (don't know how to make buttons or wireframe) Thank you everyone for such a great job and making A2 everythiong we wanted it to be!

Here's A K'Tinga, http://armada2.filefront.com/file/TMP_Ktinga;47517 It's VERY unlikely that you'll find either the Abbe-class or the Federation-Class Dreadnaught, as it appears as though they are Un-cannon. There are a few Excelsior-Refits out there, http://armada2.filefront.com/file/Excelsior_Refit;6318http://armada2.filefront.com/file/Excelsior_Refit;67077 Then there are also the SSA-Apocalypse-Excelsiors http://armada2.filefront.com/file/SSAApocalypseExcelsiors;41843

Also, if you want to make Build buttons and wireframes, look at this: http://armada2.filefront.com/file/Build_Button_Wireframe_and_Admirals_Pic_Tutorial;60555 Edit: Darn, 3 Minutes too late.

There is a federation out there, but I don't know it's the one you are looking for, located here: http://www.terradyhne-yards.de/Federation1.htm.

just wondering, how did you find us? (just wondering if we could do anything else to increase the number of people finding us :) )

Anyway, one Federation class dreadnaught:- http://www.terradyhne-yards.de/PrevPics/FDNTOSA2.jpg http://www.terradyhne-yards.de/Federation1.htm

Terradyhne has quite a collection of TOS era ships. There is also another site by captain fingers, and while I don't have the URL to hand I am sure someone else has it.

Thanks for all the Replies! I was doing a Google search for work looking for hardware (I think) and armada2.filefront.com was hit with one of the tag words. Anyways, if anyone is actively searching for "Armada 2 ship mods", armada2.filefront.com comes up first. Thanks everyone for all the help! I'll read the guides and see what I can come up with. You guys ROCK!
