i really like the nuke and missle that was released a week or two ago,but i have some problems with it // The total damage amount DrainRate = 2 // The time it takes to damage, keep very low DrainTime = 0.001 though the damage is set to two,it does much more damage,able to destroy a starbase in two missiles,is there a way to fix this? this is the real annoying one. i go to fire on something even when the missile is set and 0.05,the other shields are about 200 and hull 200,but when it hits the hull,the shields stay at 100% but the hull takes dasmage,i would REALLY like to know how to fix these please. thank you DarleyA
wait your missle works?
If your missile does not work, make sure that you added the emitter lines to the emitter.spr file.
I am not to sure about the damage since I am going through the same problem, you would have to talk to draconis_sharp about that one. It does make it seem a little unrealistic when you have an F-302 fitted with 4 missiles, like in the show, and they can take out a hatak in 2 hits, and the last 2 missiles are wasted.
With the missile ignoring the sheilds, just find this line in the tvlauncho.odf file.
// Ignore the shield ignoreShield = 1
and change it to
// Ignore the shield ignoreShield = 0
That should solve your problem about the passing trough sheilds. He did that because the stargate missiles are able to pass through goauld sheilds, and it is very hard or impossible to make it occur for only 4 ships or so.
i have done thar before WS,but it still passes through the shields.
