Thats from the .odf of a planet type in a mod I have, when you colonize that type of planet, you get a colony, then loose it.

isColonizable = 0 / 1 Every planet starts off in an uncolonized state, and has the potential to be populated if this switch is active. If the value = 0, this will mean the planet is uninhabitable.
requiresTerraform = 0 / 1 Seeing as there are no terraforming abilities in A2, this tag may be a little confusing, but the terraforming process referred to is triggered by the colony ship. These tags are used on all planetary bodies, including moons and latinum nebulae.

I think that unlikely. The Armada II game engine is too restricted.
