Hey I recently made my own model, and I've tried to put it ingame, but all I get is a bug box thing. It's meant to have weapons but it doesn't, but it has the proper physics file I gave it. The SOD itself has been exported in the A2 format. One thing though, do h_null_1, h_null_2 nodes work on a SOD model? I remember seeing them somewhere. I used the h_null nodes for hardpoint rotation, which brings up another question, do they actually need to be called h_null or something else, if anything at all lol? I'm gonna try and figure out why myself now, but I doubt I'll find it. Someone please help :) Thanks
as far as I know about ms3d, once you have rotated the hp you delete the superfluous joint
I tried a version without the extra null joints, still no effect. Would I just go through the model hardpoints, deleting one after another until it works?
It's only an idea but the ODF name and the SOD name are the same? It can be also the reason.
strange, recheck the name of any sprite nodes you have used, if not then try exporting without the hierarchy to make sure it's that.

Oh yea, forgot about this. I fixed the ship. It seems that the plasmalrg emitters aren't working for me so I just removed them. Thanks anyways guys/girls.
Ms3d is weird in the fact that you CAN NOT have more than 1 e_plasma node of the same size. Exsample, 2 nodes [ e_plasmalrg_1, e_plasmalrg_2] will cause the bug box. Now if you still want 2 plasma nods, you need to rename the second one to a diffrent size. [e_plasmalrg, E_PLASMAMED] this works for adding a second plasma, or steam node.
hope this helps.
