Is there a way to change the scale of a workbee SOD? I can't find a scaleSOD option in the const.odf file. I already checked the entire odf section of the BBOM, but unsuccesfull. If anyone can help, it's all welcome :)

If you can't find "ScaleSOD = X" in the .odf file, simply add it in :) Not all files have it, namely because the developers created those ships to the correct scales and had no need to put that piece of coding in. However, adding it wont do any harm to the .odf file.

Hold on... The parameters for the workbees are in the .odf file of a construction ship, right? So if you add 'scaleSOD = ...', that would refer to the construction ship, right? Or is there a different .odf file especially for federation, klingon, etc. workbees? If so, I can't find it

Aye... That is true. My Apologies. I was simply thinking of rescaling in general rather than what you were actually asking. //********************************************************************** //Worker Bee Parameters // Name of the worker bee SOD. workerBeeName = "bbee" weldingBeamWidth = 5.0Where you have this, add "ScaleSOD = X" under the weldingbeamwidth. I can't promise that'll work, but its the only thing I can think of.

That didn't work. It actually made my constructionship smaller, as I suspected. I also tried some variations, in example: workerBeeScaleSOD = 0.2 but that didn't work either. Maybe if I add a seporate .odf file for the workbee in the odf/ships, it then works... Gonna try that.

I get a feeling that wont work... Do you have access to a modelling program? The only other way to scale a model (without the "ScaleSOD") is through resizing it in a modelling program.

No, unfortunately I don't have access to a modeling program and you were right, it didn't work... I also have no idea where I can get a decent modeling program, without having to buy it. I tried to download a version of milkshape about a year ago, but it was a limited version on a trial of 30 days. Anyway I gave it up, because I thought it was too complicated (and I hadn't found BBOM yet ;) ) so I got so annoyed I could thow my computer away :). I don't think I'm ready for another try, cause the last one made me give up Armada, untill about a month ago. Back to the subject, making a different .odf didn't work, and I'm in a loss once again.

I tried to re-scale the Bees without a modeling prog, too. Sorry to say, I couldn't find anything to work. I'll have to confirm your results... The workbees are displayed at their actual size, with no command to change it. As Ash says, you'll have to resize it with a modeling prog.
