Are you guys new to Steam? If so...then click on Games and go to Condition Zero. Double click on it and play the game. It will take you to the Condition Zero main menu which has multiplayer and singleplayer on it. Otherwise, Steam just downloaded the multiplayer part, not single player..which it shoulda done.

The new multiplayer game part has to do usually with mods or outdated files screwing it up.
