I've done everything that I need to do for the buildbutton texture to show in the game. The texture itself is a perfect 64 x 64 pixels. I made the changes to the gui global file. It should work....but it doesn't. The button shows up all white. This is getting on my nerves lol. Any clue why this is happening?:eek:
youve probably misspelled the *.tga file. or try a different software to save that *.tga file
Don't save the .TGA as a compressed file.
Check to see what the alpha channel looks like (if there is one).
And make sure your gui_global entry is in the right spot-- the right references and @material settings.
All of this has given me headaches with buildbuttons in the past.
I fixed it. Turns out the tga file wasn't being read. So I remade it and it worked. Thanks for the advice everyone :D
