I haven't played this game in awhile but just got a new laptop with windows 7 and I can not get it to play. I install the game and then restart, after that I try to play and it keeps telling me that there is no room to play and to insure my virtual memory is not disable. I have 4 Gigs of RAM and a 500 Gig hard drive so I should have enough memory. Please help.

I'm not a bug. I'm a feature.

You might want to try the inofficial 1.2.5 patch. You can find it on A2Files.

Also, I'd recommend this sb34 article. While it talks mostly about vista, pretty much the same will apply to seven. Starbase 34 - Operating Systems and A2

The best thing to do is put it in Program files (x86)(x86)

Note: If this folder doesn't exist create one on your c drive

Then change the compatibility to XP sp2

Both A1 and A2 work great for me using this method
