Ok, basics of modding easy, so i can set up the shipyards for construction (Ive have them constructed and build ships), butttt.... Unfortunately, despite having the textures in the right folder, the shipyards fail to show up ingame (as in, theres a selectable invisible ball that builds ships thats conviently named the same as in the odf). Why is this? How do i correct it? Whilst we're on the topic of SSA's superb creations, unfortunately the ENT era ship pack seems to have a problem too, despite putting all the files in the correct place and editting all the tech trees, place on shipyard odf, etc, everything you'd need to get a ship into game normally... These ships fail to have a build button show up, and i dont mean that its invisible because there isnt a build icon, i mean, they actually doesnt appear, once again, solutions or suggestions? Thanks for any help.

Have you added the ships and stations to your techtree? or Have you added the ship yards to a construction ship ? or Have you added your ships to a shipyard? NB - also as far as iam aware the Apocalyspe stuff doesn't come with any buildbuttons and wireframes, as they were from a discontinued MOD by Tycoon (then called SupaStarAsh). If you want to learn how to build/do build buttons and wireframes (its quite easy), and a gerneral sauce of info for any modder you should download the Big Book Of Modding.

Unfortunate, i can checklist all 3 of the above idea... :uhm: And i have created buildbuttons for them... They just simply havent shown up for the ships. As for the wireframes... This is gonna sounds nooby, but ive been inactive in the community for a while, what are wireframes? :lol:

they are the little gray ships that show how damaged your ship is in the bottom of the screen.:rolleyes:

Wireframes aren't a necessity. Ships, Stations and Special Weapons will work without them.
