hey evryone, a little question:p When i add a seccond shield generator to a ship with MPE and load the ship i get stuck on the bridge, i've tried different names and ships, can anyone help?:uhm: TNX

Ships don't like to have duplicated systems... ( change the name of the second shield gen )

EDIT: you tried diff shield names??

yeah: back-up shieldgenerator, shieldgenerator back-up and Superrrrrrrr (LOL)

I have tryed sevral times, it is all in the 'primary' selection, but i have not been succesull in using two, but play around with it. Hope this helps. Picard Out

it does not like having two Primary systems doing the same thing

you could make the second one not primary but then it wont kick in until after the first one is completely distroyed and by then it will be too late. I have tried this before.

Try making the hull not primary. Your ship can be "destroyed", but you'll survive with functional systems while you turn the second shield generator online

Even with KM it is sometimes impossible to mantain a shield intact for long time. (Every raised thing tends to be lowered...)
