I need some help i'm designing some ships and i need some ship models. I'd appreciate some help. Here's a list of models i need: Akira Constitution Intrepid Nova Prometheus And I'll need some Help with scripting and texturing

Not to mention the plethora of each of those ships in the canon mods section of www.bcfiles.com. If you use any of the models, don't forget to ask permission for any ship you release using any part of them...
Feel free to post scripting/texturing questions, but search the forums for anything that may be a frequently asked question first, and don't forget there are tutorials on bcfiles too:
One program used for scripting etc is the sdk, available through bcfiles. This has its own tutorials, but remains quite complex, which is why the MPE/SDK forums on here exist...
thanks but i'm using gmax so i can't open some files so i need to know how to convert the files so i can open them

Have you tried places like SciFi meshes.com or other gaming sites that may or may not have had support for gmax in the past? Also some of the models in the no hardpoints section aren't in .nif format, check in the descriptions. In addition, there's a public domain meshes section:
which contains at the very least a Nova in the right format.

What file types can you load into G-Max? I have several file conversion applications that may convert to one you can use....
