I've installed an new copy of BC, the patch 1.1, MPMP2.0, and the other popular mods(nanofx2b, and the other scripts), all in that order. And i took an whole night(23:00 to 6:10) to learn how to mod ships to work with atp(without using modders info), just learning how to use mpe

So, if I copy just the ATP files, will it screw up any other mods (nfx2b, etc)? Since it creates a mutator, I don't suppose it would, but I just thought I'd make sure before doing it.

Yes shure, but just beware with overwriting files! Backup your Backup files!

little tid bit when u take the ATP3 into NanoFX 2.0 beta you will get warp speeds menu but it dose not work o well my penuts.

For the warp problem, you need to override the 'force nacelles'

Theres a thread in Modding detailing what you need to do to get them working together.
