How do you get textures to glow? Eg the green on the borg cube when there isn't an engine glow in the hard point. Or can you make a texture pulsate like the nanofx damage textures? I'm working on a really cool borg ship damage mod but I can't figure out this last pice to the puzzel.

Yes, the alpha channel. Open up the .tga files in standard graphics editor such as photoshop and you should be able to open the alpha channel of the image. The whiter bits are the bits that glow stronger when in game, the black bits don't. The alpha channel is a register of which bits are lit in bc.
