Can some one tell me how, Do I need some program or do I use SDK? Or can I just go in to the hardpoint file? Will someone please tell me.

You mean the Hull registries or the registries of the model?

Various ways. Some programes are out for certain ships on bcfiles, some ships you can edit the textures with a program such as Paint Shop Pro, Photoshop ... etc

I'll give you the excellent advice BlackRook32 gave me (I was using PaintShop Pro, by the way).

Go into data/models/ships/(Shipname). Then make a copy of the texture you want to alter. Use the clone brush from the original to blank out the area you wish to change. You will also need cannon fonts. You can change the color of the fonts by right clicking on the left color keys. You have to move each letter into position. Hope that was of use.
