I've seen some people have made "BC Movies" What application is being used to film? I've got some ideas, but I have no clue how to pursue them. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

It's called Fraps, 1.9b is the version I have, but that's a bit old. It's free, but limited to 640x480 recording res and has no sound. As well as that, it produces absolutely enourmous video files, so make sure you have some way of compressing them after. Google "Fraps" and you should find it - alternatively do a search on BCU (www.3dactionplanet.com/bridgecommander) for "Fraps" and you should come across a thread with a download link.

oh yeah, forgot to say, a good all round video tool is Rad video tools, it even allows you to compress to Bridge Commander's (and various other game's) .BIK format video.

Get it here: http://www.radgametools.com/down/Bink/RADTools.exe

Enjoy!
