ummm I don't know how to quote someone on this, but about question on how the Borg Queen came back in Voyager: I'm not sure if this is official, but I was reading this book that had designs, schematics, 3d renderings, and the abilities of several Star Trek ships. There was a part about the borg queen. It said something along the lines of borg ships being able to transmit the queen's conciousness to another borg in the event that the current body of the queen is destroyed, killed, etc. This might explain why the Voyager Borg Queen was obviously a different actor as well.

Well, when Picard show's the picture of himself to show that was what he looked like at Shinzon’s age, we see him in a starfleet cadet uniform and bald. Now think back to that episode of TNG when Picard was stabbed and Q gave him a second chance in life by alowing himself not get stabbed just before he was sent on his first post (I cant remember the name of the episode). In that episode he was in an officer's uniform, and as we watched Picard getting stabbed we saw he had hair, and looked nothing like Picards clone, Shinzon. Can anyone explain this one?
He wanted to shave it, it wasn't an exact clone, he was degading, they couldnt find anyone with hair, he was a human/romulan hibrid, he wanted to be more like the Remans, explanation is futile, because God made it that way
