So, I've been over the site a number of times, looking for a decent pulse phaser sound to replace the not quite canon one used by my Defiant. So far, no dice. The sound that plays when I fige them just...doesn't work. Makes the Defiant seem to lack the teeth she's know to have. So, as a request, I was wondering, could someone create a canon or closer to canon pulse phaser sound, or tell me where I can find a canon sound clip so I can create it (Or at least try) myself?

Thanks, grimJack

That should be realitively ease

I feel the same way as you do. Defaint is a bulldog she barks and her bit is even worse. When I pushed Defiants guns up to 1500 get damage points it really made the ship cannon.

As far as sound if you have any sound recording software it should be a simple matter of recording from "The Search" and placing that sound in game as a wav. file just like you can replace the music in the game the same way.

I myself don't have a very good sound program.

Use Google to search for Cool Edit 2.0 Pro, or Adobe Audition, I think they are both free or shareware
