Ok, I hae seen about a dozen or so mods that say that they need "ATP" the first time I saw this, I thought to myself "Hmmn, what is this ATP?"

So I did a little searching, and I found ATP to mean Apollo Tech Pack, This Apollo tech pack is supposed to allow ships to use "Ablative armor"(What is the Ablative armor anyway?) and Ion Cannons, and other cool stuff:naughty:, So I think "Wow, this ATP allows ships to do all kinds of stuff. I'm getting this!"

But, alas, I find that it overwrites a important file (What one anyway?) and I can't downoad it.:(

Then I find out that there is an ATP3, but I searched and searched, however I didn't find it, then I find out that it has ben cancelled.

A few weeks later I find that ATP3 is included in some other Mod (What other Mod?) And is also supposed to be in KBMaru 0.9. after a night of downloading, I install the massive mod, and despite me using the Mutators NONE of the ships have the cool stuff.:bawl:

SOOooo, Where do I find ATP3? What are some mods that use these special fetures? Why dosen't KBMaru 0.9's ATP thing work?

I'm completely stumped, and kinda mad.:uhm: Any Help would be nice:) Please pardon my complete stupidity:D

ATP1 (Advanced Technologies Pack) can still be found in a format that allows it to be used with nanofx 2.0 at bcfiles, and has a lot of the features - you can see the owner's page for info on how to use each of them.

http://bridgecommander.filefront.com/file/GFT_Advanced_Technologies_1_for_NanoFX_2;46870

or in its original form:

ATP2 overwrote an important file that other mods use, so was withdrawn completely. It wasn't fixed as ATP3 was being devised instead. A beta release came out with one of the mod packs, MPMP, which is here:

http://bridgecommander.filefront.com/file/1_MPMP_main_file;17925

Then ATP3 was abandoned in favour of ATP: Dimensions, which then fell by the wayside.

Foundation Technologies has replaced ATP. Check BCU.
