This may seem like an odd question...and it is. I'm wondering if I would be able to remove the crew from the bridge without crashing the game. When I say remove, I mean...remove them completely.

I think he means it in that way.. or he just means that if you start the quickbattle and you look around that nobody is sitting and you just need to push F5 or other buttons to give orders but nobody is there and answering..

So how are shots like this done?

Or that done in something like 3DSMAX? If so can I use the .NIF to open it in 3DSMAX and acheive this look?

That's done using the MPE and opening up a bridge set. Pretty simple, and useful for new bridge Screenies
