I was wondering if anyone out there knows how to 'get' a sub- button when scripting. For instance, I know how to grab a button, using the command:Libs.LibEngineering.GetButton(...etc...)However, this only works for grabbing buttons by themselves such as 'Redistribute Shields', but not for sub- buttons such as those found under 'Advanced Core Options'.Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated
Do you mean a sub menu? For ships in quickbattle or something...?
In Libs.LibEngineering there is a command which enables you to 'grab' an already existing button by name. Such as 'report' or 'redistribute shields'. This enables you to assign additional functions to pre existing buttons. However, this command doesnt work with a sub- button. By that, I mean a button which is displayed when you click another. For instance, when you click 'Advanced core options', 4 other buttons are dispalyed. I was wondering if there was a command to 'grab' such a button
