I was wondering if/how to rescale ships in Bridge Commander.

Specifically I wanted to rescale the new Wraith Hive Ship and Atlantis to be much larger.

(I got them both working in game btw... the hiveship was missing a projectile .py file and its icon wasnt working because it was spelled wrong in the custom ship .py file)

Well, once you either purchase milkshape 3D or get the free trial, you can look for the plugin on BCfiles and import a BC NIF file into it, where it is pretty easy to rescale things, you just select everything and use the scale function. It's pretty simple.

Make sure the ship you're using for reference is accurate. I use the constitution II at 305m for reference. This may be of some help too. http://www.ex-astris-scientia.org/schematics/fleet-chart-1060.jpg

I think I'll try scaling the sovereign's dock. It's way too big.
