I, for one, would like to see a new MOD for Transporting Troops, Launching Shuttles, and Returning them.......ect. Couldn't it be all made into one easy Install Package? Whenever I try messing with py's, I get the "Black Screen of Death". Also, Pre-Determioning which Shuttles you wish to carry would be KEWL. (IE: Interpid Class can choose to carry say, 1-Delta Flyer & 2 or 3 Type 9 Shuttles, and perhaps a Maquis Raider?

Check out the new shuttle launching framework over at BCU.

For your Marines, have a look at Defiants Marine Capture mod.

I dont think that what he means, I think he wants it too be more realstic, like being able too specifie what/who you want too send. And like he said, pic your own shuttles. (sorry for speaking for you :P)

Not to send an Officer so much as to send a specific ship (shuttle). And I also was hoping that is the entire package could be wrapped up into one MOD that can be Self Extracting so it would be easily Installed, without having to mess with .py's & such.

Sorry, but I don't see the advantage here. In fact, Self Extracting archives are much more complicated, I always extract them to a different location first, before moving all that in my bc install. Thats the reason my bc install was able to survive that long (3 years now). So whats the problem with a simple zip file? you just open it and copy them all in your bc install.
