That is not the issue here at all. This is just a question about which character you like best of all the persons in the Star Trek universe. You are not forced only to like one.

Yea its rather immature to expect that everyone should like all the carrictors because you do, that simply isnt the case......

Neelix for example, most Star Trek fans dont like him, because he is (by design) an annoying carrictor. Same with Wesley in TNG and the same with Bashir (spelling?) in DS9.

But again, that's a matter of taste. I, for instance, think that both Neelix and Bashir are OK.

I liked Bashir right up till it was discovered he was genetically modified. Then he went arrogant, and he was pretty defeatist in the war. Though I think that's what the writers wanted to happen. Before then he was OK, funny even.
