I just recently switched from Windows XP to Vista Ultimate 64 bit edition and installed Bridge Commander and single player works fine, but whenever I click on internet multiplayer no games show up. I have Patch 1.1 installed along with Kobayashi Maru 1.0 mod.

Well firstly I don't use multiplayer. However, I can still give you a few suggestions. One problem may be your usings a 64 bit edittion of windows, if thatd it I don't known How you can fix it as I have no experice with the 64 bit editons. However, I would suggest that you run BC as adimistrator, to insure full network/internet assces is granted, also set the windows vista firewall to allow stbc.exe through the firewall, this is the most likely problem. And finaly run BC in compastibly mode. Hope thats of help.

It could just be that there were no servers running at the time. Try starting one and see if that works.

If possible try setuping up a LAN sever and conection to that, to see if its the internet, or not. Also do you have a ADSL moderm, that conects through a network conections? And do you have a router? If so You may need to open some ports, I don't know wich one, some one on one of the BC forums should though. Can you play any multi player games, if you have others?

Thing is I have never had to adjust port settings on my router and multiplayer games work on my older pc but I want it to run on my current PC, It ran on my current pc when I had XP installed but it no longer works now that I have Vista installed.

I never had vista and I never will. So in that respect I can't give you any advice except to talk to microsoft. Bill dropped the ball when he made vista and I'm sure he has tech people in place to cover his fumble. XP pro 64 would be my suggestion if you do decide to make things easier on yourself. Hope this helped.

set your old computer up as a game sever on LAN, and try conecting through your router to your old one with your new one. if that works its internet related, if not is either BC, the router, or the network conection settings. Can you provide more information on how you conect to the internet, including settings, that may help me find you a solution.

The LAN game did not work. I am using Road Runner High Speed internet connection and the network I use is completely gigabit speed. My firewall is CA security center and I also use Windows firewall and Windows Defender.
