When I try to run a multiplayer game via Lan I encounter the error "File mismatch Scripts/Ships/Sovereign.pyc". Both of the two PCs have a clean 1.1 BC-installation and the BC-Expansionpack Deluxe+ NanoFX V2.0 installed. Even after copying and pasting my scriptsfolder into the other PCs BC root directory the error occured. Does anybody know how this can be fixed?

ok, the fix is simple. run your game on the Expansion server. you can't run agaist a person without nano either. You have to have the exact same mods usually the best way to play, is have one version for modding, one clean version non-modded, and one version haveing the expansion pack in it. The non-modded version is the most commonly used. The expansion has to be run on the expansion server/ expansion player. Nano cannot be installed except for the non-multiplayer modded version.
So the problem is my attempt to try to play multiplayergames with nanofx2.0 installed?

also make sure you don't have any py files in the scripts/ships folder and the scripts/ships/hardpoints folder, these will cuase mismatches.

most likely, just make seperate BC folders for Modded games and 1.1 ect like captian fish said
Big thanks for all the advice :) I created a seperate BC-Folder for multiplayergames and I found something interesting: I installed patch1.1 and the expansionpack (no nanofx2.0 this time). Then I tried to run an mp-game with another PC but the mismatch error occured. Then I turned off all mutators and tried again. This time no error occured and everything worked fine (except for the turkey-shoot Mod). Currently I have not tested all ships in turkeyshoot-mod but the only working ship seems to be the akira-class cruiser. Have you ever managed to get a turkeyshoot mpgame running with any other ship than the akira?
