I have not had this game installed for a while, and I decided it would be fun to dust it off and install it again. Well, I tried to install it, and the install failed. It couldn't read a file. I checked out the disc and apparently my daughter got hold of it. there is a scratch on the disc and I can't get it to read that one file. I was wondering if someone would be willing to help me out and send me the file. The file is: "D:\Setup\sfx\Maelstrom\Episode 8\Mission 1\E8M1L133.mp3" With a copy of the file, I will be able to install the game, and have a ton of fun. thanks for any help.

I had the same problems when I returned to the game. The only thing was every time I tried it, it was a new file that was 'corrupt'. I had to wipe it spotless, then dry it and try it again (there were a few minor scratches, one slightly deeper one) . After a while I just thought, 'stuff it, I'll copy the CD contents onto my Hdd.' There was a couple of corrupted files with that, but I simply tried it again and they overwrote the bad ones. This way, it saves a lot of time if you are having trouble with a CD since it it only overwrites the ones not included, and when you do install it, you're not relying on a bust CD. Now, I hope that made sense, because I had trouble writing it. :P
