does STBC networking work if i got 2 home PC's linked together with windows 98SE? The network does work for file and internet sharing, what i want to do is have a game vs my boy (i want to whip his ass)

I don't see why it couldn't BC Multiplayer is lan based. Long as you have a router, and it set up right it should work perfectly. We managed to get a Unreal Tournement going thru a Hub the same way i did BC dureing school.

I've played Armada II several times over a network, and with a direct connection between two PC's (ethernet), and it worked fine with XP, but I'm not sure about 98SE

well then i suggest you get over to the doom3 and half life fourms, this isn't the place to ask about it. But i don't see why it would not. We use to do Unreal Tornement at school on the laptops through infrared all the time useing only the demo
