I put all the files in the correct places(as far as I can tell) and when I start up the game it has the correct starfleet symbol(showing that it is KM) but it doesn't start, it just stays black with the symbol able to be moved, so I know it isn't frozen. I don't know where to go from here, I did put the patch and everything like that on there. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The surefire way to get it working is to uninstall the game, then delete the Bridge Commander directory.

Re-install Patch Extract the KM 1.0 files to the Bridge Commander directory.

Edit: Are you sure the KM 1.0 .rar file downloaded completely? The finished file size of the .rar file is 884,889 KB.

look closely for one dealing with console reports, black screens of death, etc... once you have a screenshot of the console report, upload it here...

Is this a sure thing, I mean does it show the direct problem?Question about the folders, do I just replace the BC standard data folder with the KM data folder or do I need to sort everything?This seems to be the biggest problem for me.

installing KM should be a straight up C&P

Install BC Install BC Patch Install KM 1.0 (Copy all folders from KM zip into BC directory and let overwrite)

I do that every time and it never freaking works. The only bad thing Is I lost my disk and had to do a virtual drive, which I suck at that too. OMG, I wish I was more computer handy.

If anyone could give me there email so I could figure out these virtual drives and a more indepth way on these patches and what not, its kicking my ass.
