I was installing mod's and I followed the directions for each one, but when I started the game all the got what the star fleet arrow, and no main screen. My Cd got cracked my rollie chair rolled over it on accident, didn't see it when it fell. Any way to fix the game?

1. To get rid of the black screen with the starfleet arrow, http://forums.filefront.com/showthread.php?t=227613

2. To fix the CD. Dont try it. Save up some cash and look for a new one on eBay.

Sorry, but why is it that many people seem to break thier Star Trek game discs? The same happens with Armada 2 and Elite Force.

I am so glad that has never happened to me. The BSOD, yes. Cracked CD, no. I've made sure of it. Boo-yah. Of course, I shouldn't get cocky, because the way my life goes, I'll roll over the CD right after I type this.

But, that emoticon really does sum it up pretty well. There are loads of people that come here to GF and complain about broken CD's. People must learn to take care of them.

I suggest copying each one and putting the originals in their cases and putting them away or on display.
