Hi, I am new to modding and using mods in general. When I try to play a game with my brother on a lan, the new ships and mods don't show up. Is there a setting somewhere I missed. We both have the EXACT same directories. I copied my stbc directory to his computer so we have all the same files. What have I missed?

Okay, since this thread is about Multi-player, I'm hoping someone out there is nice enough to guide me in the right direction. I've been trying to access the multiplayer option and to join a game, but majority of the time, I've been getting "Version Mismatch, scripts/autoexec.pyc" I'm new to this whole Star Trek game and I would like some help and a step by step process on how to fix this. Also, but this doesn't fall into the multiplayer category, but I seem to download a new "Enterprise" version of the Soverign class, and what I did was put the necessary files into the game files on my computer and I don't know how to use them in a game battle, not single player. Hopefully, someone can help me with that.

When you Play,Multiplayer, they too have to have The Exact same files as you, you Cannot add a new ship, on an install you are using for Multiplayer , thats why you have 2 installs one for Multiplayer, one for moding.

Aces High's post has the answer.;) Most people that play multi use KM1.0.
