Hi! After install KM 1.0 I have problem with the phasers (with different ships). When I targeting a specific point or system, sometimes it happens that the Phasers don't hit the target. Sensors are working and the Phasers are full loaded.

What can be occur the problem? BTW: I already re-installed STBC and KM 1.0 but the problem is still there.

Ah, thats part of the mod, its the "Inacurate phasers" mod, it makes things more realistic and like the show where phasers dont always hit the target.

yea.the phasers are much less accurate so lets say your flying the defiant and your moving around alot, you can then dodge phasers from ships like the bug ships.its much more cannon.

if you turn up your sensors to 125% you should hit them better

Finally, you actually have to worry about a fleet of fighters if you're flying a Sovereign! :D

Why? Please explain.

---> I am glad to hear, that is nothing wrong with the installation or with the program itself. Normally I let the sensors at 100%........

I am sometimes happy that not each phaser (or beam) hit me...otherwise I don't have much time to evacuate my ship. When I playing a Defaint or other fast ship, I slip under the phaser fire and evade to get hit.

You explained it yourself. I said that you'd have to worry about a fleet of fighters, well, try it. Pilot a Sovereign, and add twenty or so federation fighters as enemy ships. It's hard to kill them. They slip in and out of your phaser fire, which is very good if you're the fighter. That's what I didn't like about BC until this mod - I always loved playing as small ships, but I couldn't because their biggest advantage was no use.

:deal: Yes I read it again....

I played mostly Dominion Bug as enemy fighters...so in first I believe that comes from the Dominion Bug itself (see the DS9 episode The JemHadar, special hull technology)..... So I took next time a Bug Ship..... :banned: yeah....so 1 minute need the AI to bring me down :bawl:
