Hi, ive been playing about with the textures of the Delta Flyer included with KM. i have one problem, ingame, when i view the ship from the front, its nose seems to be missing, and you can see right though the ship. is there anyway to solve this? the other thing i wanted to know is, im i ok with changing the textures, i mean im not breaking any rule or anything am i?

to edit the textures ive been using Adobe photoshop 7 and another program called IrfanView to resave one of the textures in order for Photoshop to render it right. thanks

it's there however since the ship is too close near the camera it's for some vage reason doesn't show that piece. press F9 while in-game and than you'll see it.

Should be ok to alter the textures, only problems are if you want to release it - then you contact the original authors of the mod for permission.

As for the problem, it might be something simple like deleting the .Vox files after each retexture or maybe the textures don't fully match up to the way they're wrapped to the underlying model. Have you altered the textures in a way that's inkeeping with the original textures?

Have you tried viewing the model in something like MPE or the model viewer that'll show you how the textures have applied themselves to the surface?

Ive just checked the model in MilkDrop3D, and it displays it fine. before i do get rid of the .vox files what are they exactly? thanks

EDIT: NM, i moved the vox files and its working fine now. Thanks!

Voxs are just things the ship creates for some reason (I'm guessing someone has a better explanation for that :p ), but they're expendable since the next time you load BC up, it'll create a new set based on the new ship.
