I understand the concepts of Bridge Commander, 3Dmax etc but i have no plugins folder in the SDK????? where can i find the plugin, and also, is there a plugin for gmax or milkshape? as i cannot obtain a copy of 3DMax 3.1 Cheers Adam

Chill out, you'll get a reply eventually, but probably not in a day. To my best knowledge i would go with milkshape, there probably is a plug-in with it, but i'm not sure.

There is a plugin for .nifs included with the new version of 3ds max and one available from their website for older versions.

Create a new plugins folder in your directory yourself as windows very often won't copy empty folders (hence why there's no screenshots folder either). Also the SDK has the stock ship scripts, none of which require plugins. Just create the new folder as you would any folder.

And be patient - we are often slow to respond, but we're good when we do. I hope.

Also, go to the GMax webpage and sign the petition for a bc plugin. They have a request form. Probably won't come to anything, but if it does, at least we can give an answer to everyone who asks if there is a gmax plugin for once...
