Since my name is a bit too long to put in the main "player name" thing, I tried to do it throught the console, but it doesn't seem to allow spaces. How would I go about doing that?

when you bring down the console you type /name xxx

if you name has more than one word in it, like mine, Optimus Prime *VGER*, you have have to do it like this;

/name "Optimus Prime *VGER*

remember to put the " in there

Hello,

I might have a clue of what you are trying to do. To set your name to allow spaces, do the following:

/set name "Default Player"

That should allow a name to be set with spaces in the console, also if you want to bind one or several keys to bind different names that support spaces, do the following:

/bind "set name Default Player 1"

Or for an example of actually binding keys to your numpad:

* bind first name to numpad slash key * /bind KP_SLASH "set name Name 1"

* bind second name to numpad astericks key * /bind KP_STAR "set name Name 2"

* bind first name to numpad minus key * /bind KP_MINUS "set name Name 3"

* bind second name to numpad plus key * /bind KP_PLUS "set name Name 4"

and so on and so forth...

Hope I could help, and hope this is what you are looking for.

Thanks. Found another way around it, though. I just went into the cfg file and did it from there.
