Ok, I know this has been discussed many times and was wondering how yall fixed it:

Some said you founda virus that caused it and some said you did something else...now whenever i go to a game MP or SP, The game freezes and the standard Microsoft Error Report message comes up and says something like: JK2.exe has caused an error in unknown, **BAH MICROSOFT**

anyways, if some of you had the virus, can you tell me the name. People who did something different, can you tell me??? ThankYOU!

If its a virus, just do a virus scan.

Have you tried patching the game to the latest version? Have you got the latest drivers for your sound and graphics? Check the manufacturers websites and try again.

I had to update my graphics and sound card drivers to get JK2/3 to work. JK2 did not bring up an error message, it just closed the window as JK3 told me the error. Probebly not the same error as you if you got an error message! Try copying the error message into http://www.google.co.uk Click on :google: groups and search for it, then click on the news group with a talk about an error much the same as yours.

I got the latest Video card drivers, have re-installed...but i might know the problem...

Did a virus scan with several scanners, and found this virus called Win32/Parite and it has affected my .exe programs, and when the error comes up, it says "JK2.exe has caused an error in uknown" anyways, norton could only fix half of the infected files, so i dont know if Jedi works...IVE DONE EVERYTHING!
