set everythnig 2 full as 32 bit on those saying somethin like that and thos u can set 2 very high set it 2 that and i think trilinear instead of bilinear but u will fneed a good comp otherwise it will lag (i have a pentium 4 3.0 gigahertz and graphics card eith 128 memory so it works pretty good for me with fps around 90) if u want fps 2 show so u candetermine what settings are best type cg_drawfps 1 in console (access bu presseing shift and the sign below escape)

You need to be a bit more helpful to get help on the matter at hand...

Like, for example your system specs for a start...

Unless you have an extreamly high end PC its doubtful - even then you'd get the kinda graphics that are in the installing screen shots.

But to start with go to settings/video and adjust all to highest setting, you will loose out on performance but it'll give you an idea on what your PC can do.

There are other settings within Windows that can change it too.

Yeah like when on your desktop if you right click then goto properties and click you can change your settings from there.

The game don't change the graphics card properties...

Right click desktop select properties then settings then advanced click the tab that represents your graphics card and there you should (depending on card and drivers) be able to turn on/up settings such as antaliasing (which smooths edges of graphics) and anisotropic filtering which improves image quality (apparently! - have just been reading help topics on that one!! :uhm: ) to each end, increasing the settings on both mentioned will result in performance loss, its worth the tweaking about until you get a happy balance between quality and performance.

Don't just assume that putting everything in the middle will give this balance as it rarely works that way.
