i am trying to use a hilt in SP that was included in OMNIMOD for MP. I put the pk3 file in the base folder and it shows kyle's default saber instead. What am I missing here? Are their special modifications I have to make to the file similar to the way you put MP skins in SP?

it's the anakinep3hilt and I think it is actually from the duelers Mod. I got it to work by renaming the path to: models/weapons2/saber where saber is the folder of the extracted hilt. However, it looks like some of the graphics are missing or something. The hilt is there, but it is missing the shading and detail.

you could try adding the shader and gfx folders from the mod pk3

I added all of the shader files from the original pk3. Best I can tell, it is either tempermental, or it requires the original mod to be turned on before playing in SP. Of course, the mod's extra features don't work, but this seems to fix the shading issue some of the time. Is there anything else I could be missing. I tried copying another modder's SP saber conversion and it looks like simply renaming the path to models/weapons2/saber should do the trick, just like converting MP skins to SP. Any other ideas?
