i have problems with getting MODS into the game. i extract the files and puthem in the base directory. But, then they dont show up in the game. what should i do???? :fistpunch: :cool:

Because mods that you have to activate (e.g. SP levels) are not extracted in the base folder. You have to make a new folder for them and put them into the GameData folder. Small mods like, saber sounds etc. you copy into the base folder.

if it's not a mod then it will go in the base folder all others that r mods should be unzipped to the gamedata which should make a directory with that name for u.

then after u do that u will have to go to setup then mods. select the mod u want and click load then u can create the server for that mod to run with.

Me neither, I can't make mods to work or even appear in mod list. I have version 1.04, I unzip the pak to gamedata and it makes a folder like ..gamedata\TheMod\aPackFile.pk3 but in game, NOTHING! Sure there is something I missed but what? In addition, how am I supposed to make new model to work? I extract the pk3 files to gamedata\base\ as told in the ReadMe file. I don't see them in the player menu. I tried a console command like ]model mymodelname and it didn't worked as well. Someone can help me please?

ok, if its a pk3 file, it goes in base, if its a folder it goes in gamedata. its very simple
