Sorry for yet another mod, problem, but I have done a search and cant seem to find anyone else with this prob.

I can play on my own undedicated server with bots, however after about 10minutes, I start getting messages at the top of the screen in yellow

RE_Register r_allocatemodel() (failed) skinname.gm

(skinname, is wot ever skin i am trying to use) but eveytime it goes back to kyle.

This has only ever happened since I got the mods.

It happens on both Jedimod1.1 and Jedimod++ v3

could anyone help me?? Surely I dont have to register my skins :/

I have found a similar problem. It seems to be related to the choice of Sabre Hilt. If I choose the Desann hilt I get the yellow messages as you described after a few minutes of gameplay. I find that if I select the Kyle Hilt then there are no problems.

Having selected the Kyle Hilt you can still use the old method of getting a different hilt (which was to put it directly into the /gamedata/base/ directory). However, that just gives you that particular hilt always. Better than nothing though.

Have same Prob I turn off hitls by typing "mod_hilts 0" But of course U R going 2 want 2 put a single saber hilt n base so u can still use a diffrent hilt I like Sith sabers- hastrus 1 Good Luck1:smokin: :smokin: :smokin: :smokin:
