I believe Q3map2 has a feature that can do the conversion. However, a significant amount of information is lost in the process and you're not left with a whole lot to work with. Entities, texture info, models, patches, and some other stuff is all lost.

Q3map2 can be found here: http://www.shaderlab.com/

I don't know the exact command that is required, so you'll have to Google around and see if you can find out.

-convert -format map -fs_basepath "D:/path/to/baseef" -game ef "D:/path/to/baseef/maps/yourmap.bsp"

That may have to be -fs_basepath "D:/path/to"....I don't remember.

Umm.. this forum is for Elite Force :)

CS is quite different I'm sure.. you'd be better off posting here: http://www.gamingforums.com/forumdisplay.php?f=511 which is the Half Life 1 mapping forum. Though the forum is quite empty.. so uhh.. perhaps Google around for some active CS mapping community.
