Hi All, I don't know what to do, I used all and still noting. I made my own animated textures for my model, I useing Q3 Arena Shader Editor, in editor all is OK, but when I'm compling the map to bsp all my models without animation, only main tga texture. I don't know maby some problems with alpha chan. during compling? If anyone ckow whot is wrong, please help. Thanks.

I don't know a thing about mapping, but when you assign textures in .tik files, you must take off the .tga extension. Example:
Bad: material12: animtext.tga
this will load the .tga file, not the shader.
Good: material12: animtext
if you take off the .tga extension, it will try to find a shader with the name "animtext" not the texture with the same name.
