I just wanted to give everyone on this board a heads-up that the first four parts of Borg War (a feature-length Star Trek animated movie generated using SFC3 and EF2) are now available at:
So far, the feature is 53 minutes long; about 1/3 of that total is SFC3 Machinima.
Some Comments: From PlanetFandom.com "The first major Fan Cinema using Machinima is gradually taking shape in the form of an epic clash of Trek's main icons, the Borg and the Federation, in "Borg Wars". Its creator, Geoffrey James, is a New Hampshire journalist, which shows in the tight script and well-crafted plotline, and was created using two computer games, Starfleet Command III and Elite Force 2." -- Kirok From Ritual Entertainment's Forum "Just saw parts 1-3 yesterday and I must say the 'Borg War' is AMAZING. Just like a good ST movie, made via EF2 and SFC. I thought the movie captured the nature of a Borg invasion better than recent Trek. I liked the camera angles, the different battles, the sets, everything was top-notch. I was astounded that all this could be done by a single person, it must have been a ton of work, and probably a great computer system to work on. Only I can't wait to see the next two parts. I also wondered if a SP game mod was coming out of this, but the movie is great already. Bravo! " -- WalkinBomb
What model is the suped-up BOP that get's blown up at the end of part one?
It's the Nkal -- which is included in the Dom Wars mod. It should be credited to Raven Night "Ravennx", Gabriel Crown "Mind-Blip", and Scott Brown "Captain KoraH". I'm noting that in the web page immediately after posting this.
