actually i am afraid it cant be done. it has been discussed several times in the past and at quite a bit of length. because u can not add new weapons. however that is the catch, U CANT ADD NEW WEAPONS. what we have found is u can modify an existing weapon to make it more powerfull. since the codes r allmost completely hardcoded into the game. so if u want a more powerfull torp just changed the power on the weapon.

ya i was able to lower the cost of my heavy plasmas torp at the same time increase there power eh too bad you can't add transphasic torp that would be cool
