Ok, It's been a loooong time coming, but now the time is nearly upon us, yes that's right it's nearly beta testing time for POW escape!
I intend having a beta compile done this week, depending on if the compiler gives me any more greif, either way rest assured I'm working flat stick on this thing to get it finished up.
I've added a whole heap of interactivity features in the lab area and changed the layout a bit which has worked out really well and I'll have some screenshots for the progress page very soon.
Also, does somebody have a lan setup that you can test with a few players, I can only test with two atm...

Ok it's been more than a week, I've been having a few illegal operations from GTK. So after a re-install and cleanup of windows, re-install of GTK and RTCW. It's working again now,
Ok, it's been a long hawl, and now it's done. I'm packaging up the PK3 and sending it off today, it should be in your email inbox shortly..
Descriptions and Objectives update:
* It's been so long in development, a snowy winter has come! * Watch for the explosion effect on the fuseboxes outside the central clone machine!
Primary Objectives: * Allies must destroy the central cloning machine * Allies must find the documents which are randomly placed in one of the four labs at the begining of the round. * The Allies with the documents must escape the camp and make it to the train.
Alternate route out of camp: * The general's car can be pushed down the hill and will crash through the fence providing an alternate escape route
* Terrain around east and south needs tweeking/redo * No lightmap supplied with this beta you'll have to wait till the next release compiled on my new kickass computer when it arrives * One brush in the lab hall is playing up and not being drawn * FPS is low, around 20-25, looking across the full camp. I plan on using a foghull to minimise this problem. * Some of the clone tubes don't get destroyed in the dynomite blast.
ANY OTHER ISSUES YOU FIND, AND THERE ARE SURE TO BE A COUPLE, PLEASE SEND AN EMAIL TO ME AND IT'LL BE FIXED IN THE FINAL RELEASE.
Any observations or suggestions for the map are welcome, good or bad!
