Everytime I go to download it, it only reaches certain points and says its finished, but never makes it to the 5.4mb that is the whole file. Could you gimme a link to another server that I can d/l it from?

ask someone you know to send you the .zip of msn messenger or icq or something.
or, get a download accelerator. those usually make downloads reliable.
