I go through these movies pretty thoroughly, I can not for the life of me find where Darth Maul says "Fear is my Ally", I have ep1 on DVD & I have gone through it quite a few times, not looking for this specific sound, but sounds in general, does anyone know where this is said? I know it's said somewhere because it's in the Darth Maul models sounds.
No, Darth Maul never said this. Look in the scripts. Maybe I missed it? It is either the sound clip you heard might possibly be made after the movie as a sort of add-on. It might not even be Darth Maul speaking at all.
I think the latter is much more probably.

He actually does say it. If you own the Star Wars Ep1 DVD, it's at the end of the hour long behind the scenes thing. I believe that it's on disc 2, and the quote is kinda cool.
I believe that the entire quote is "FEAR, Fear attracts the fearful, the strong, the weak, the innocent. Fear is my ally."
He says that in a trailer or something.:)
I have episode 1 & 2 both on DVD, I checked the deleted scenes, its not there, I will check through the trailers but I don't think its there either. It is maul that says it though. Heres sampos sound clip of it from Cheshires maul.
WTJW, scripts get changed constantly, who knows when that script was from. Lucas (as well as any other director) can always make last minute changes.
Found it, it was in the music video. you were right, that's exactly what he says, but he doesn't say all of that at once, its pretty stretched out so I will do what I can to get that taunt in there. The fear is my ally is all said at once, but the rest isn't, i will try to make an additional taunt out of the other, depends on how it sounds.

it's in Star Wars Galatic Battle Grounds too, when you select Maul he might say Fear is my Ally
And in star wars demolition it has a ton of great taunts, might wanna rent that game for DC or PS and look at them. (He's a secret char, there's a code to unlock him.)
