For Mod Teams Intrested: I am a Skinner I am Coder I am an Idealistic I do give my opinions across I work as a team Mods I am Intrested to work In : New Country / Super Organisation Mod (for example Russia Mod not simple or big current side changes) One who has done alot of Research into it realtime (for example Russia is going to join the European Union so if its a Euro Mod for it to include abit of russia) Intresting Ideas ( 1 i have seen is Ireland mod, its something differet) No Overpowering (I will except some super hero and etc but no god-like units) No Mass's of Different Unit of Similar Type (for example 20 different aircraft, theres no point)

but I have put up all the stuff you are looking for here:

Operation Enduring Freedom: A TC for C&C Generals. PLANNED FEATURES, AND IDEAS FOR THE FUTURE OF THE MOD.

MAIN GOALS: Highly realistic gameplay and unit statistics. New graphical effects (Explosions, Dirt, Tracers, Helo Dust, Shock/Blast Dust) New Factions ~ Taliban and Northern Alliance New Units New Weapons and Base Defenses. Unique Single-Player Campaign Focusing on the War in Afghanistan. Bullet and shell arcing over distances. Unit crossfire Accurate Missile acceleration (when boosters ignite the missile accelerates) All buildings, vehicles, and humans accurately to scale with everything in the environment, including each other. New running animations for all units, especially USA, soldiers don't run with their M-16's on their shoulders!!! All units should have real world Ammo Magazine Capacities in their weapons, and accurate reload times and reload animations. Camera should be capable being zoomed out much farther B-52 should not be seen except for its shadow on the ground (It flies at 45,000 feet, NOT 40 feet!) Old Fuel Air Bomb model of the "Fat-man" bomb, replaced with a cylindrical canister to represent what a fuel air bomb really looks like. Regular jets fly 2x as high (except A-10's) as they did in regular C&C Generals. (Camera raised so you can see them) Construction Dozers replaced with Construction Workers! (Can a bulldozer really build a barracks just by pushing into the dirt?) Do not let humans pick up crates, give all sides trucks to do that, but make construction crews build buildings. NO MORE DOZERS!!! Bigger levels Barb wire and tank traps added again! Accurate ranges for artillery, tanks, and missiles. Accurate Damages to all units from all weapons!

New Factions: -Al Qaeda replaces GLA -Northern Alliance replaces China

AL QAEDA UNIT GOALS -Demo Trucks removed (car bombs are more realistic) -New Suicide Bomber and Animation (Civilian clothes, walks into an enemy base and detonates) -Demo Traps changed to landmines with realistic detonation ranges, damages, and a new more realistic model. -Stinger Sites should removed, individual stinger soldiers added, along with placeable sandbags and camo nets for custom stinger sites. -Old Scorpion tank (T-34) changed to a rusty old T-55. -Rocket Buggies should be replaced with BM-21 MLRS's. -All buildings should be replaced with tents (No real Taliban had extravagant or huge buildings in the middle of a battlefield, the GLA buildings looked out of place) -Marauder should replaced with rusty, old BMP or a towed artillery. -Mortar teams should be added, as they were essential in the war. -Zpu-4 AA gun inside the old Stinger site model -New models and realistic textures for all soldiers. -Scud Storm should be removed. I have already made the regular scuds fairly realistic to compensate. -Anthrax plane bomb should be replaced with anthrax in the back of a truck. -Have Toxin Tractor removed (Chemical Weapons Spewed from a tractor??? what was EA Pacific thinking!? or smoking?) -New machine gunner unit armed with a PK machine gun. -Jarmen Kell changed to an elite Taliban soldier dressed in black who has an Aks-74u sub m.g. and semtex bombs. Basically like an Al Qaeda Colonel Burton. -Mi-4 "Hound" Light Transport Helicopter armed with small rocket pods. -Zu-23 AA gun equipped MTLB armored infantry carrier -Make chemical weapons invisible. But the medical humvee should have a sensor in it, if the medic humvee drives through chemical weapons then the humvee will come across radio and tell the player, and then spray the area.

NORTHERN ALLIANCE UNIT GOALS -n.a. footsoldier armed with ak-74 to replace RedGuards -n.a. rocket soldier armed with rpg to replace Tankhunter -n.a. PK machine gunner. -n.a. stinger/Sa-7 soldier. -n.a. Radio Spotter (Spots a target for American Planes or Artillery, click on him and you'd get a cursor similar in function to the A-10 cursor, but light "china" type artillery would come down when you clicked there. The Radio Spotter weapon would have a long reload time too.) -n.a. Mi-17 Hip transport helicopter with rocket pods -n.a. mortar team -n.a. mine sweeper -n.a. construction crew or engineers to replace dozers (can raise tents, tents will be the new barracks and command centers and stuff just like in real life.) -n.a. technical truck -n.a. T-64 Oplot tank, or T-72, in place of battlemaster -n.a. BM-24 MLRS system -n.a. ZU-23 (23MM AA gun) in stinger site style sandbag nest. -n.a. Zu-23 AA gun equipped MTLB to replace gattling tank. -n.a. towed artillery system.

USA UNIT GOALS -Change Ranger model to be more accurate. Increase cost and skill with weapons. -Add 10th mtn. class (much cheaper, faster build time, and can't have m203 nades, or flashbangs, weaker, and less skill with weapons, cannot rappel from blackhawks) -Sniper with M82 barret (more expensive than regular sniper, and can penetrate light armor.) -Missile Defender change to AT soldier, added AT-4 launcher. -Add S.A.W. Machinegunner. -Add UH-60 Blackhawk -Remove Comanche (Not in service yet) -Add Apache -Change Crusader to M1A2 Abrams -Change Paladin to a realistic paladin (artillery capabilities) -Add Arty spotter -Change F-22 (not in service yet) to an F-15. -Add F-16 as a cheaper solution to the F-117, but keep the F-117 because it is still stealth. -Add GBU laser guided bombs for the F-16's. -Change Colonel Burton to Delta Force Operator, remove build limit but keep pricetag. -Change Patriot to be mobile, yet deployable, give it a tow truck, and radar truck. -Add Stinger Soldier -Add Chain Link and Sand bag fences to be constructed. -Add landmines -Change barracks to be a collection of fenced tents w/ a small firing range -Remove weapons factory, make vehicles come from airfield. When vehicle is bought, a c-130 OR C-5 Galaxy, depending on how big the vehicle is, will land and drop the vehicle off next to the airstrip. -Make airstrips much longer with taller control towers, and bigger hangars. -Add M2A3 Bradley IFV and Stryker LAV vehicles. -MAJOR GOAL: When a new plane is ordered, have it acutally fly into the airbase, rather than just popping into the hangar. -Watch towers that act like chinese bunkers, any 2 human units can be placed inside and it can detect stealth units like Delta Force or Elite Mujahadeen Semtex soldiers. It will be weak though (made of wood) it should also be able to be built as a segment of a fence or wall.

IDEA: Make all infantry smaller by 10%. I realized that if you zoom in on any human unit in Generals, they are all roughly 10-12 feet tall in comparison with everything else in the environment, a 10% decrease in size would be realistic. All planes and tanks should be slightly larger.

hey, i'm Red Army. leader of C&C Rise of the Reds mod project. about our mod, you can visit our official forum at http://forums.unleashed.ws/viewforum.php?f=88 and our official site for this mod is : http://cncrotr.unleashed.ws which are still under construction this is our own version for the sequel of "C&C Generals Zero Hour". on Generals, GLA wins over USA and China by launching ICBM from Baikonur to Europe, ended the Generals (1st period of war). then continued to the 2nd period of war (Zero Hour), the USA humiliated by GLA actions such as destroying USS Reagan, stole USA Army's chemical stuffs from the USA West Coast, etc. but in this 2nd period (ZH), China achieve victory over GLA. and well, it's time for the 3rd period of war (C&C Rise of the Reds).... in the end of 2nd period, China become the winner of this war against terrorism. but from Europe, there comes the new supreme military and economical power.... the Russian. Once again ruled by communist, but not strict commie, since ppl got freedom to get their own job, owns properties, etc, as long as they're not messing with Kremlin. To Add to Prince Kassad's post, there's also a very long thread(15 pages and growing!) about Rise of The Reds at the cnc matrix forums:http://forums.cncmatrix.com/viewtopic.php?t=592 The team has some very talented modellers and have modelled a number of vehicles,buildings and aircraft.What's really impressive is that this mod started less than a month ago!
