corum_datumI turned power production up to 5 (no effect)...removed the powerplant requirement (made game unstable)...do I need to set a perimiter and script of some sort for each battery?

My guess is that the side that they are on isn't actually hostile to the players.

Dunno, but the fact they aren't attacking anyone seems to raise a mental flag there. What team are they set on? You could always create your own side, too.
