"Instant promotion" Is divided into three levels.All levels are available at level 3 general.All units selected within the radius will be promoted immedietely.Level 1 gives one extra chevron,level 2 gives 2 chevrons and level 3 gives 3 chevrons. This ability is available to all sides and generals except Alexander.
I love the Idea :D it should replace the emergency repair, I almost never use that...

I like the idea... but it shouldn't be for all sides. it would overpower china, since they build units like crazy :/
I like the idea, but it is impossible to promote a unit if it already has chevrons, and yes it should be for only one side and it's generals. GLA should have it as they are the weaker of the three sides, so they should do the most damage possible from the start.
i agree with vangard the GLA should get it as they are the weeker of the three sides it sound slike a good idear can you say level 3 quads.
