but... you can't import w3d Files to gmax.... only export in w3d.... are their any tools to enable the Importing???

there's a w3dimport.ms maxscript file , it lives somewhere on the net and allows you to import w3ds into gmax except it doen't do material properties animations or bones

Actually, you can add "Scale = " to the end of your unit's entry in the FactionUnit.ini file. Put it just below the "Geometry" entry and give it a value. 1.0 is full scale, although I tried 0.5 on the Battleship and ended up with a bathtoy. Just play with the numbers until you get the size you're after.
